I was initially drawn to Ubuntu, simply due to the fact that you could completely customize your computer to how you would like to use it.

I was wondering how everyone's desktops look, and what mods they use to get it to look the way it does.

I believe this leads you to be introduced a new myriad of applications like: tilda, terminator, and more.

Here is my desktop :) very plain but I am hoping to see it change. How does your desktop look, add any cool applications you think others would enjoy.
